Specialist-Corporate Customer Relation
- Build up cordial relationship with New &existing clients, follow-up of complaints and requirement to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Attend prospective walk-in clients; give proposal with consultation of Sales/Service departments.
- Provide support to Sales team & Be Responsible, Loyal, Proactive and result.
- Having a very pleasant personality which would be helpful to achieve clients' satisfaction and endorse the company image.
- Day to day reporting and follow up clients over the phone, email or social network and keep records the details.
- Meet monthly sales goals in accordance with the development plan.
- Committed to fulfill the given target.(If Needed)
- Masters or Bachelor from well reputed University
- O Level/ A Level & foreign degree background will be preferable.
- Education will be considered only for Experience person of Hospitality Sector.
- Only females are allowed to apply.
- Minimum 1-3 years direct Customer Care Experience.
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
- Face-to-Face Customer Support, Customer Support through Phone, Call Centre Training, Counseling, Guest Relations/Services Healthcare/Lifestyle product, Hospital, Hotel.
- Experience & professional person’s education back ground will relax able.
- Priority for Special knowledge about Hospitality Sector.
